Ricardo Garcia Gaxiola comes from Mexico City where he ran a successful catering business for several years. When it came time to raise his son, though he knew he needed a change and chose beautiful Playa del Carmen. His love of wine led him to several wine courses and he took a job with a liquor distributor where he continued his education before buying OFF THE VINE. He has also studied tequila and recently took an exploratory trip to Tequila, Jalisco to learn even more about the nuances of Mexico’s national drink.
